The digital camera ORCA Series has received favorable reception as a camera for scientific measurement for its high performance and quality. The digital camera ORCA-Flash 2.8 with the CMOS image sensor for scientific measurement has been added to the lineup, simultaneously achieving high-speed readout and low noise while having high resolution, allowing measurement in more extensive fields as compared with the conventional scientific measurement cameras.

The C12741-03 is an InGaAs camera with high sensitivity in the near infrared region from 950 nm to 1700 nm. It has an analog output (EIA) port, and also a USB 3.0 interface port that supports 14-bit image acquisition and exposure time adjustment. Compared to the currently available InGaAs camera (C10633-13), the C12741-03 offers 4 times the number of pixels to improve the accuracy for detecting pattered silicon wafers and for capturing a wider area image. The C12741-03 can be used in a wide range of applications including internal inspections of silicon wafers and devices, laser beam alignment, and evaluation of solar cells.

TDI CAMERA

The C10000-801 TDI camera is useful for a wide range of imaging applications requiring high speed operation with high sensitivity simultaneously. TDI is a special image acquisition method that has been used extensively in machine vision applications for industrial inspection. TDI imaging is appropriate for applications where it is desired to record a linear process over time, or where the aspect ratio of the subject being imaged is significantly asymmetric. TDI is particularly useful for low light level scanning applications for which a typical line scan camera can not make a useful image. Also, frame readout mode is available for easy focusing.
